Aaron Friedman, LLC
Established in 1991.
After having practiced real estate law in medium and large New York City law firms with well regarded real estate practices for over 6 years, I opened my own office in 1991.
In over 25 years of running my own business, I have been involved in almost every kind of real estate transaction:
the purchase, sale, leasing and mortgaging of commercial, industrial and residential real estate
the representation of hotel developers in the purchase of development sites in Manhattan
building loans, permanent loans and commercial refinancing
acquisition of bonus development rights
the resolution of title matters, including estate succession and easement matters
the purchase of surplus government property such as a lighthouse, a reserve army base, buildings within the campus of a university and a military housing complex
I am fully fluent in written and spoken modern Hebrew and regularly represent Israeli clients in their local real estate matters. I also represent numerous Brazilians and other South Americans in their real estate matters in the United States and speak, read and understand Brazilian Portuguese at an intermediate level.
